IVR, or Interactive Voice Response systems are an easy way to streamline your business. These automated menus allow you to automate the process and invest your costs into something that could seriously move your business forward.

#5 Mighty Call

With MightyCall, the virtual phone system for small business owners, you can deploy multiple auto-attendants. Don’t worry, they won’t chat the day away. They will however allow you more flexibility to handle:
- Business vs non-business hours
- Regular vs VIP clients
- Multiple virtual phone numbers
MightyCall’s IVR serves 2 purposes:
- It helps to more accurately forward calls to reduce call wait time, and
- It acts as call screening. If you have an IVR, robocalls will be out of luck, unable to proceed forward at all and timed out without blocking your phone line.”
#6 CrazyCall
When it comes to small businesses, the most important thing is simplicity. This means no bulky software, complex solutions or tools that require hours of onboarding.
You won’t find any of the above using CrazyCall and that’s why I believe it’s one of the best IVR systems for small business. CrazyCall IVR lets you limit the time you put your callers on hold or redirect them. What’s great is the time you have to spend on setup. All you need to do is upload the welcome message, map certain numbers on the keypad, choose whether you want to forward the call or execute an internal transfer, insert appropriate number and you’re good to go. Besides the basics, you can also set up office hours or adjust your IVR to certain time zones.
#7 Zendesk Suite

I recommend this IVR because it really is a great all around service for small business owners. I’m sure you can find a more specialized platform out there, but for the average business owner the Zendesk Suite has every bell and whistle you’ll need for the foreseeable future.
