QuickPlan
This product was recommended by Annesha Basu from Stand Up Paddle Boards Review
Most project management softwares have limited functions when you’re not at your computer. QuickPlan was specifically designed for the iPad. What I love is that you can use gestures to make the process more efficient and faster than it already is. You can do everything that a project management software should do along with structuring and tracking your project calendar.
Goodnotes
This product was recommended by Jerry Han from Prize Rebel
Goodnotes is the best way to take notes on an iPad, giving you unique control of your handwriting and content. You can transform any doodles, equations, etc. into gorgeous illustrations and back up those notes on any iCloud services. I personally use it to help me organize my thoughts, and it gives me an option to separate my mindful rantings into actionable steps.
Monday
This product was recommended by Mark Daoust from QuietLight
Monday has made its award-winning software a perfect fit for your iPad when you want to work away from the office. The App allows you access to pretty much all the features you use on your desktop, so you can make changes when the mood hits you. You’ll be able to keep everyone in the loop no matter where you are in the world.
Trello
This product was recommended by Ruben Gamez from SignWell
Trello is sort of an oldie but goodie for me and my team. Visually, the drag-and-drop Kanban-style boards are a dream (and are fun to customize based on each project). It’s useful for all sorts of projects, but I’ve found it the most intuitive when it comes to content management, such as organizing an editorial calendar or developing workflows. It may not be the most robust project management tool out there nowadays, but in my experience, it certainly boosts morale and productivity.
Asana
This product was recommended by David Bowen from Bordeaux Undiscovered
While there are paid options for this software, it also has a free option (as a beginner pack) so you can test it out and see if it’s right for you and your company. Most of the software is easily adaptable so you can choose how you want your project management information to be organized – whether that’s by a calendar, name, or project category. You can easily switch between team projects and solo tasks, and it also allows for the ability to collaborate on tasks with other employees!
MeisterTask
This product was recommended by Adam Korbl from iFax
This is a capable task as well as a PM app for iOS. The finest aspect of this software is the easy collaboration tool, which allows you to work with your team in a smooth manner. You may quickly establish a project and invite all of your coworkers to participate. You have quick and easy access to all of your tasks thanks to the convenient dashboard. You can also keep track of your colleagues’ progress due to the periodic reminders. You may take advantage of various features by subscribing to the pro ($9.99) or business ($24.99) subscriptions, including the ability to automate workflows with multiple actions, as well as accurate statistics, reports, and more.
ClickUp
This product was recommended by Shiv Gupta from Incrementors
ClickUp is a great piece of research project management software. It is an excellent choice for both solo and collaborative researchers. It is inexpensive, cross-platform, and simple to use. ClickUp organizes your research chores into lists, which you can then drag and drop to construct a workflow that best meets your needs. It adds comments and attachments to your tasks to keep track of any essential project information. ClickUp also assigns assignments to particular team members and records their progress as the project moves along.

Smartsheet
This product was recommended by James Diel from Textel
Smartsheet is our go-to solution for iPad project management. The interface is very familiar to anyone who’s worked with spreadsheets before, but the touch-based interface is highly intuitive. You can do everything you need to with PM software such as automations and dashboards, with some cool additional features that take advantage of iOS. If QR code scanning and GPS integration are features you need, you’ll find them very useful in an app like Smartsheet.
