Canon Pixma iX6820 Wireless Business Printer

This product was recommended by Jabran Ali from PC Drink

I have been using the Canon Pixma printer for the last 8 months, and my experience is impressive. The printer is compatible to accept a variety of print sizes, including a3, 11×17, and all-wide format letter sizes. However, I love the print quality because it throws the highest resolution of 9600 x 2400 dpi with incredibly vivid details. It looks clear and crispy for color and black and white business documents. I love the print speed of this wireless inkjet printer because the printer can easily print 14 pages per minute for black and white documents and 10 pages per minute for color documents, which works pretty well and faster. The color speed is not so high, but still, it’s impressive as compared to other a3 printers. The PIXMA is packed with wireless and Airprint technology to print wirelessly from my phone. It supports iPhone, iPad, and Bluetooth-enabled devices such as android phones, etc., for wireless prints. However, it also features ethernet and USB connectivity ports that enable effortless prints from all macOS or Windows OS-supported devices. So compatibility is not an issue with Canon Pixma a3 printers. Furthermore, I love their Image Garden software which comes with the printer. When you install it on your phone, you can do all the fun with the printer using only your phone. That’s why I love the wireless technology of this printer. The app allows me to edit the photos before printing them. There are also special filters and calendar-wise organization options for documents, which are best for business owners who need to print on time. If you are a small business owner and mostly require different size prints of 4 x 6 to 11 x 17 spreadsheets and even bigger presentation prints such as 13 x 19 for your business. I recommend the Canon Pixma because it prints and produces impressive quality with borderless photos using a 5-color ink system, so your images will last longer and have more beautiful quality. However, if you often need a scan, copy, fax, and duplex prints at your business, then Pixma won’t work because the printer has only one function, and that’s to PRINT. But what it does is worth it. However, there is only a single 150 sheet tray, so if you need bulk prints, you have to refill the tray often. However, if you put the cons aside and quality matters, I think the Canon Pixma a3 printer is the best choice for your office.

Canon PIXMA Pro-100S

This product was recommended by Greg Tuohy from Docutec

The Canon PIXMA Pro-100s is one of the best options if you’re looking for a high end, high performance A3 printer for your office. This 8 ink, inkjet system is designed to consistently deliver high quality prints and is extremely sturdy, however this does make it far heavier than some of its counterparts in the market, clocking in at around 19 kg. Connectivity is key now, the days of having wireless connectivity as a bonus are gone, its now a necessity especially in this post pandemic world. Unlike its predecessor the Canon Pro 100, the 100s offers full WiFi connectivity – This means you can connect to the printer directly via WiFi from your phone, tablet or laptop and you can also print images and files that are located on online storage services like Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Facebook and more. If WiFi isn’t necessarily something you’d like to rely on the 100s also supports USB connectivity and LAN. In terms of performance the 100s is at an elite level. The extremely fine dye inks used by this printer allows it to carefully craft massively detailed prints, in both monochrome and colour. Even better yet there is no discernible difference in print times between colour and mono. This is the ideal office A3 printer mainly due to its connectivity, impressive range of features and the sheer quality of the prints delivered.

Xerox VersaLink C7000DN

This product was recommended by Catriona Jasica from Top Vouchers Code

VersaLink C7000DN from Xerox is one of the best purchases you can make for your office. It’s a high-end laser printer that can print your A3 papers perfectly at a fantastic resolution of 1200 x 2400 DPI. Plus, you can copy, scan and fax with this all in one printer through the tiny colour touchscreen given with the product. We suggest you this product as it suits the demands of an office without causing a huge hassle for the printouts.

Epson Workforce Pro WF-C8690 A3 Multifunction Color Printer

This product was recommended by Stephen Curry from CocoSign

This superior printer is precisely designed for official use with Epson Cartridges only. It’s not possible to use any third-party ink or cartridges. Other cartridges that are described as remanufactured, compatible, and refillable might not work with this one. This Epson office A3 printer is powered by PrecisionCore, which is the next generation of inkjet printing technology. Moreover, it’s pretty affordable and can save a maximum of 35% on printing costs vs. color laser. Get fast output and no warm-up time with this printer.

Canon Pixma Pro 10-S

This product was recommended by Emily Appelbaum from Family Destinations Guide

This is the printer I’ve been using when printing for posters, promotional displays and other large documents. It gives very good results when I’m printing in grayscale and color shading has a very high quality. One of the good things about this is that the cartridges can be replaced individually so buying a whole set when you only needed one is not necessary. You can also print with the use of a mobile app because of its built in Wi-Fi connectivity. This helps me a lot in printing my documents in high quality especially large documents because there’s no point in printing them out if they don’t look good.
