ChmMeetings

This product was recommended by Samuel David from Telewokin

Compared to alternatives including CiviCRM, ParishSOFT and ChurchCRM, CHMeetings is superior in user interface, features (native name field, custom forms, etc), security, app integration/connectivity, usability, price and customer support. To put it simply, ChMeetings is the platform of choice for churches small or large that are looking for an intuitive and value for the money church management software.

FlockNote

This product was recommended by Mike Miller from Wilderness Times

Quick recommendation that many churches LOVE – FlockNote! As you can tell from the name, this tool was designed for church membership management. It’s hands down the easiest way to broadcast messages to your church, no matter what type of church you’re managing. Although FlockNote started out as an email autoresponder, they’ve branched out to CRM with the addition of FlockNote People. This tool makes it super easy to manage who belongs to your church and how you can reach them. It also integrates with the broadcasts, so you can easily text & email people from your CRM. Awesome!

HubSpot

This product was recommended by Emanuel Petrescu from EmanuelP

It’s a free CRM and it’s the most intuitive + easy to use. The learning curve is decent and if you’re already familiar with a contact management system, this will come easy. You only pay if you want to use the platform for emailing and some other advanced features, but you can do pretty well with the freemium version. In addition to the CRM, HubSpot offers a wide variety of additional tools to use, such as contact forms and conversation bots for your website (and when people interact with them they get added automatically to the CRM and HubSpot is pretty smart in adding additional information such as the company, website, etc) and email extensions that can show you if the receiver has opened your email. And I won’t even mention the resources and information HubSpot has made available on their website.

Salesforce

This product was recommended by Tim Lynch from Lynch Insights

Salesforce is known for being an enterprise-grade CRM. What is less known is that Salesforce.ORG is their non-profit arm and they offer the NPSP (Non-profit success pack) which gives the platform and 10 licenses for FREE. Additionally, the company advocates a 1% pledge which many of the salesforce consulting partners participate in. This means that the church can find a partner that is a good fit to help them get the system setup without a large capital outlay.
