I have been using the CRM, REIReply, for about six months now. It was made for real estate investors; however, I also use it for my Realtor and construction business. It is very versatile. I love it because it is so much cheaper than other CRMs out there and does not require a startup fee. It’s an all-in-one system. The only downside is that it is in the beta stage, which is why it’s so cheap. However, they are continually adding new features and I have been grandfathered in so my monthly price of $50 is locked in for life. In my opinion, all the features it offers and the low cost outweigh the beta stage con.
