With all the functionality a small business could need, this feature-packed inkjet can do anything from sending a fax, to saving a scan to the cloud. Most surprisingly, given its A4-size footprint, is its ability to print on A3 paper. Wi-Fi is built in and Brother’s companion iOS/Android app makes wireless printing a breeze. It prints clearly in monochrome, while colour photos look quite vibrant on photo paper.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e (known as OfficeJet Pro 8025 in the UK) looks slick with its blue detailing and is small enough to sit on a desk in a home office. It also has excellent wireless connectivity with self-healing Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, and Bluetooth all built-in. This makes it particularly easy to connect a mobile device for cloud printing using AirPrint, or Google Cloud Print. You can even yell at your printer to make it work thanks to its compatibility with Alexa voice commands.

The Canon Pixma TS6250 is a satisfyingly small and attractively designed all-in-one inkjet offers everything you are likely to need in your home office. It can print and scan at a high enough resolution to provide crisp and accurate colour photocopies using five inkjet cartridges instead of the usual four. The extra one is a pigment black, for more durable mono prints. It’s also blessed with a touchscreen interface and not only Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct connectivity, but Bluetooth as well.

The HP envy photo 7855 all-in-one printer costs about $150. This printer has all-in-one functionality. It can scan print photocopy and fax. Print size-The max you can print is 8’’x10’’. HP envy 7855 has two ink cartridges. First one is black and the second one handles all the colors. That means the color gamut and the range of colors you can print are not that much. The people that I recommend this printer for are people who don’t have any printer yet who are just getting started with basic home printing.

The Epson Expression Photo HD XP-15000 Inkjet Printer retails for $350, and it has great resolution 5760×1440, which is more than you need, and it can print a max of 13’’x19’’. The number of cartridges this has is six ink cartridges, which means that it has a wider gamut than HP Envy. Other things that are good about this, are that it prints relatively fast and it has an auto feeder, and it can handle a lot of different sizes and thicknesses if you want to mess around with different papers. The drawback about this printer is that the cardstock is loaded via the rear tray, which can slow things down, and because it has six ink cartridges, ink can be expensive.

The Canon Pixma Pro-100 Wireless Professional Inkjet Photo Printer usually retails for $600. This also prints a max of 13’’x19’’, but this has 8 different ink cartridges so the color gamut is a little bit more than the Epson. The great thing about it is that it handles different media types and different thicknesses. A drawback is that the ink can be expensive, and if you’re looking for archival quality inks, inks that don’t fade over long periods of time, based on my research Epson is usually the leader in that versus Canon.

The Epson ET-3760 printer retails for $450, and this is a really unique printer. Print quality is really good, but the thing that makes it unique is that it has eco tanks that you can fill up instead of ink cartridges. This means that the ink is cheaper and it will be cheaper to use in the long run especially when you’re printing in bulk. It does have its limitations though, it can only print a max paper size of 11.7x 17, but because of the cost-effectiveness if you have to print a lot, then that might work out for you. The ET-3760 features an auto document feeder, fast printing with outstanding print quality, productive paper handling, a high-resolution flatbed scanner, and a large color display – making it the perfect printer for your home office. However, based on my research and feedback, it seems like the auto-feed capability is not the best, and the printer can be quite slow.

This prints a max size of 13’’x19’’, its resolution is good, and it has 10 ink cartridges, so that’s a really good color gamut. You’re going to be able to make professional-quality prints with a full range, it handles different media sizes, and thicknesses. · 4800 x 2400 dpi · Wi-Fi, Ethernet, PictBridge · Print 8 x 10 in 3 Minutes, 35 Seconds · Print Sizes up to 13 x 19

This printer can print a max size up to 17’’x22’’ and has all sorts of capabilities. There are 10 different ink cartridges that will allow you the richest color gamut, it has archival prints, so the colors won’t fade for years to come, especially depending on how you take care of it, and it has other features such as an auto roller if you want to print a long panoramic shot. It has auto feed as well, so if you just want to set it and forget it and print a bunch of prints at once. A drawback is, its base cost is very expensive, it’s a new printer so there’s not a lot of support out there yet for it, so it’ll take a while to figure out all the quirks and features. Keep in consideration with any cartridges it will be expensive to maintain in the long run.

With the expansion of technology, wireless printers are now available, making them more portable and easier to connect with. As a founder, there are features that we need to examine before buying the printer, such as print quality and test speed. With these evaluations, we could decide which is better. And in my perspective, I chose HP Officejet Pro 9025 all-in-one inkjet printer. It is an excellent, all-rounder printer with an exhaustive list of features like a large 500-paper handling capacity, a big ADF tray, and fast printing speeds. It prints 24 pages per minute, has a 35-page automatic document feeder, and is 39% smaller than the past model.

Printers are essential for both business people and non-business people. As a business person, I have tried several printers in the past. But, the best printer I would recommend is the Canon All-In-One Wireless Supertank Printer. It works perfectly for printing, scanning, and photocopying. Inks can be easily refilled and easy to set up. Wi-fi can be connected easily as well, so users do not have to worry.

This printer is amazing for home use due to its compact design and a wide variety of features it has to offer. You can print, scan or copy any documents in a matter of seconds. The connection is wireless so you can access it from different places remotely. 20% of this printer is made of recyclable plastic which also makes it eco-friendly. With the help of the HP app, you can quickly send mobile fax and access documents in a matter of seconds.
What makes this wireless printer great for a home office is that it’s impressively quiet, doesn’t take up a lot of space, and setting it up is easy and quick. You can effortlessly move this printer around or even carry it with you if needed. It may be small in size but rest assured it doesn’t compromise on print quality, yielding color accurate and high-quality prints with every use. The mobile printing feature makes using this machine a whole lot easier and you can manage all your print commands using the HP Smart app.
On the inexpensive side this is the best wireless printer with almost near perfect reviews on amazon. This has won hearts of many and the only drawback is the expensive ink. Another impressive factor it is made out of recycled plastic.

If you’re looking for a printer for your home office you can’t go too far wrong with the Canon MAXIFY GX7020. This unit is small enough for home use whilst still maintaining excellent printing speeds and coping with significant print volumes. The GX7020 works wirelessly and via an ethernet capable, offering USB, WiFi and WiFi direct options, however there is no Bluetooth support. Perhaps the biggest selling point for this Canon model is its running costs, the refillable ink tanks on this printer give it a far lower cost per page than any of its laser based competitors in the market. The GX7020 can also handle a lot of paper, more than enough for home use. There are two 250 sheet, letter size drawers on this unit alongside another 100 sheet tray at the back of the model. If you’re someone who prints a large number of documents at home this printer has you covered as it can handle around 45’000 pages per month. Wireless is key now, the GX7020 can be connected to your wireless network meaning you can print & scan documents from a cloud folder directly from the units own touch screen, there are other options though like Canons own Pixma software. It’s also the ideal pick if you’re caught for space. This unit is compact and more importantly, light, clocking in at just around 28 pounds. It also comes packed with an 80’000 page, three year warranty so you can’t really go wrong. When it comes to ink the GX7020 really shines utilising ink bottles as opposed to cartridges as the unit prints from a large ink tank. You simply get your ink bottle and pour it into the tank and you get a full colour set (Magenta, Cyan, Yellow) and two extra bottles of black ink.

This great HP printer is an all-in-one product which is perfect for both home and office use. It’s wireless, prints in colour and does an automatic 2 sided printing. We recommend this specific HP printer as it connects virtually with any device and has a self-healing Wi-FiTM system which keeps any interruptions aside. Also, it comes with a free supply of instant HP ink for 6 months to not make you hustle around for the ink.
For people who work remotely and need a good wireless printer, the one from Pantum is definitely a great choice. The printer features a copier, fax, and scanner. It is also very easy to install as it is compatible with the most popular operating systems. Last but not least, this printer comes with 12 months warranty which gives much more security when buying this printer.
