#4 Hubspot CRM
Who suggested this product? The Hubspot CRM was recommended by Ata Khan from Xoobo. You can find out more about Ata Khan here or read their product recommendation below. |
The best CRM out there for small businesses right now, is hands down, Hubspot CRM. For starters, it’s free, yet comes with all the robustness you would find in a standard CRM like Netsuite or Salesforce.
The system comes with 3 standard objects out of the box (contacts, accounts, and opportunities). Each object contains records and a multitude of associated fields that the admin can customize.
Hubspot can create types of users, teams, and workflows for lead routing. Sales folks can track deals and qualify leads, marketing folks can apply attribution, and analytics folks can build reports.
Users can sync their emails and phones with the system (and take calls straight through their computers – completely hands free!). All touches are hard coded to the contact record, and workflows/lists can be generated via any value on any field.
Hubspot syncs with your website, and any other system (think marketing automation, email marketing, etc). It can generate form handlers to collect lead data on your website. And most importantly, the system has access to Hubspot’s main account database which has info on just about every organization out there, so when you input a new company in the system it uses the domain name to auto-populate all kinds of profiling data (such as number of employees, revenue, social properties, logos, etc).

Pipedrive should definitely be a consideration when looking for CRM software. It is quite versatile, helps to automate many processes and works great for a single person or a complete sales team. Having tried several CRM options, I found it relatively easy to setup and the dashboard is very user-friendly. It integrates with many popular softwares and services like Google Calendar, Slack & Mailchimp.
Compared to services like Salesforce, the value is much better in my opinion. You can get started with Pipedrive for less than $20 a month. Pipedrive also has a mobile app, which comes in quite handy.
