Roger Le Tissier was appointed as a Board Director of the managing entities of the Mid Europa Funds in 2005. Roger is a consultant to, and holds a number of non-executvie directorships with, leading asset managers, private equity GP’s, insurance, pension companies and charities. Prior to this he was the senior partner in the Guernsey office of the law firm Ogier from inception in 1998 until his retirement in 2013. He and the firm specialised in commerical matters including investment funds, international finance, banking, insurance, securitisations and corporate matters and, from a later date, litigation. The firm experienced significant growth since opening and acted for many leading financial institutions. Prior to 1998, Roger has had senior positions with a leading fund administrator and the Guernsey Financial Services Commisssion. As a lawyer, Roger has acted for clients in all sectors of the finance industry, but particularly in relation to funds and investment management.
