Good mental well-being is as important as good physical health, so the apps that focus on maintaining a balance for the two areas are changing the face of technology. Some of these apps include:

But apps that promote good, restful sleep are also crucial – such as Calm. Good sleep has enormous health benefits, both physically and mentally. Sleeping without an app would be nearly impossible for some, so apps make fundamental health differences daily.
