Law Ruler

This product was recommended by Muhammad Mateen Khan from PureVPN

Law Ruler is a cloud-based CRM as well as client intake software. The software solution was designed specifically for use by lawyers and law firms. Law Ruler is powered by artificial intelligence. One of its notable features is the personalized text messages that it sends. These are welcome texts that include an intake form. At the same time, Law Ruler lets your staff know about client calls. There is also a mobile version available and a focus on setting up the software and then forgetting about it.

MyCase CRM

This product was recommended by Todd A. Spodek from Spodek Law Group P.C.

We use MyCase as our practice management software, and they have their own CRM built in. They are slowly adding features so that leads from all sources are directed there which makes it a seamless process.

Clio CRM

This product was recommended by Roberto L. Seda from Seda Law Firm PLLC

– I personally use Clio Manage (Manage) as my CRM. – When combined with Clio Grow (Grow), it seems to handle all my needs from the intake until the completion of the representation of the client. – I like that you can subscribe either to Manage or Grow separately. However, as your firm grows, both used together can be a very powerful tool by keeping track of both your leads and current customers. – Manage has a lot of integrations that make the overall experience even better. This is an area that I have worked on for the last couple of months is integrating certain programs (i.e Teams, Zoom, Quickbooks, etc.) into Manage and making this more efficient. With my undergraduate degree being engineering, I may be a little more critical of myself in being as efficient as possible. – Billing is so automated that I can put together and send an invoice within minutes. – Grow allows you to use templates to send to potential clients that can all be filled out electronically. This past Friday, I spoke with a new potential client. While on the call, I got her information needed to draft a fee agreement. It was sent and SIGNED during the call. Being able to have that kind of efficiency frees up so much time for taking care of other things rather than sending emails back and forth trying to get a fee agreement executed.
