Woven
This product was recommended by Andy Abramson from Comunicano
For years we have all struggled with what I coined OMPD for Online Multiple Personality Disorder when it came to calendar and scheduling management. We had the work calendar, the family calendar, the social calendar, my travel calendar in Tripit and more, none of which were really easily in sync with one another.
Often someone would schedule something on one calendar, not knowing, or having visibility to the other calendars. As online links made scheduling easier, the problem got worse as some appointments would conflict with what wasn’t known to others. Woven solved this problem more elegantly, and far more completely than other services i’ve tried like ScheduleOnce, Doodle or Calendly. Woven has been in my tech stack for five months and made my scheduling life joyous, not painful, which is why I’m using it, and suggesting it to others.
And for now, you can’t beat the price. It’s free (though I doubt it will be for long).

Acuity
This product was recommended by Sarah Franklin from Blue Tree AI
Acuity optimizes the top features needed in a scheduling app. It allows you to collect customer data as they create their appointments and send branded and personalized reminders, follow-ups, and confirmations in each client’s preferred form of communication, text, or email. Acuity can accept payments from multiple online payment applications, increasing payment security, and privacy. A top feature for me is the automatic time conversion for clients in another timezone, eliminating missed meetings due to human error. The plan offers multiple price points and is very user friendly.

Zoho People
This product was recommended by Willie Greer from The Product Analyst
Based on my experience, Zoho People is in the ranks of the best scheduling softwares for businesses. It has lifted plenty of burden off of our shoulders by simplifying the process — you can get an overview and be assured of its accuracy because everything is intuitive. Any discrepancies can be easily seen and corrected, thus saving us more time for other goals than documentation on spreadsheets. Notifications are sent regularly to all employees to make sure that schedules are up to date. It has worked great for our business and clients alike.A major draw also is the fact that the service is not limited to schedule because reviewing employee performance, setting individual goals, answering employee questions and mail alerts are also covered. More functions can be added if desired. It has worked for us as a single solution for HR solutions.
Calendly
This product was recommended by Ashley Monk from AshleyMonk
Calendly / Calendar automation & payment processing / Calendly is easy to use, sends automated text and email reminders, in addition to offering an easy to use Chrome extension instead of playing back and forth with prospects & clients. As an alternative, you can use a WordPress booking system, if you have a WP-based website.
Microsoft Teams
This product was recommended by Vance from Pointer Clicker
For the best appointment booking software for a business, I would recommend Microsoft Teams. Teams is a hub for team collaboration including chats, video calls, and also scheduling meetings (video). The scheduling feature is especially handy and user-friendly. Since Teams is a hub for everything, you won’t miss any meetings thanks to its reminders and notifications. The Calendar page helps you precheck the events for a specific day or a whole week. I found that the way they embed a video meeting into a scheduling event certainly convenient. After clicking on an event on the calendar, you could go straight into the video call in no time.

Schedule Once
This product was recommended by Bruce Harpham from Saas Marketing
I recommend Schedule Once as a scheduling tool when you need to organize meetings with people outside your organization. There are two specific ways this software makes me more productive. First, it automatically converts my schedule availability to the end user’s time zone. That means no back and forth emails when I’m trying to schedule calls with people in Europe and other time zones. Second, this tool integrates directly into my Google Calendar so there is no extra work to see those appointments.
