I have tried different office chairs at home and the Herman Miller Aeron ergonomic chair is by far the best. The price may put some people off at the start. However, in the long run, this is really value for money. I work long hours and I still feel comfortable sitting on it at the end of a long day. The seat does not get warm as it allows airflow at the bottom and on your back. The adjustability is excellent and can handle any body type. I have only used it for over a year but I have colleagues who have bought them a decade ago and are still using them till this date.

I’ve always been a fan of simplistic design and versatility. I’m happy to say that this product does exactly that, not only can I use this for my desk but it’s also very comfortable and always appealing on the eye for boardroom meetings. For the price, you won’t find a better looking chair than this one.

I would recommend the Kikka active chair. The seat/ball is super comfy, has a wide range of motion that is easily adjustable, and there is no weight limit – still one at a time though! It is very fitness orientated and good for the core. Excellent for people who want to give their body a stability workout while at home, can skip the gym on long work days with a clear conscience. It relieves tension and stress on your back and neck while keeping your body active

This new kind of active sitting chair promotes short-term and long-term comfort and well-being. With sitting long hours hazardous to everyone’s health, it keeps users in constant motion. It is made to gently rock—which forces the continual activation of users’ core muscles. The chair’s design also positions users properly, with their head over their shoulders and a slight tilt of the spine. This helps prevent neck, shoulder and back pain. I have been a chiropractor for 36 years and have never highlighted one particular chair–and the benefits of this one have swayed me to finally do so.
