The project has also developed a rail digital twin to optimise Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations leading to significant benefits for the partner involved. Graham holds a Ph.D. in algorithm development for data classification using statistical classifiers and neural networks. He is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the IET and APMP qualified. Graham is a member of the Education and Skills Policy Panel at The IET, where, working in a volunteer position, he supports the education and skills agenda to address matters of policy, and public concern from the perspective of the IET.
