From a pricing standpoint, this is KING for small business. For mid-market or Enterprise, however, they are pricing themselves out of the market because they require every employee to have a seat. For enterprise, I agree that Salesforce or Hubspot is best but Zoho is very compelling for small business.
It’s very customizable, the social posting app is very cool, Sales IQ gives you real-time metrics with the ability to chat with visitors, they have an email program, project management, Book-keeping and invoicing, and the list goes on. I like how you can integrate all the apps so everything feeds as a two-way sync into your CRM so you can track all touches with your clients, view all emails in one view etc.
You can even send out bulk SMS to your customers. They want you to buy 1 seat per/employee so you could probably just get one seat and share the credentials with your Dad. If you do that, make sure to make your username and agent First and Last name, the name of your company instead of your personal name.
ZOHO BOOKS

Zoho is an awesome software for making tax digital. It provides online opportunity to do all of your task simply on dashboard and tabs. Easy to understand layout and setup that can resolve most of the financial problems. A must have tool for small to medium size businesses.
