As well as having responsibility for all core finance functions including tax, audit, treasury and investor relations, Himanshu oversees IT and procurement for G4S globally. Prior to joining G4S, Himanshu was CFO at Misys, and from 2010 to 2012 he was CFO of Logica plc. Himanshu worked for more than 10 years at BT Group in a number of divisional finance director roles including Chief Financial Officer of BT Global Services, BT Design, BT Operate and BT Wholesale. His early career included finance and systems roles at Worldcom International, UUNET and MFS. Himanshu is a qualified chartered accountant and holds an honours degree in law.

He started his career at Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now PwC) where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant before working in corporate finance. He then moved to HSBC Investment Bank where he ran the Growth Companies Team, later joining Noble & Co as a Director in Corporate Finance before taking on the management of Noble’s finance, compliance and operations. Vivek is a senior finance leader with three decades’ experience in global finance and over 20 years in senior CFO roles. He has led successful business and functional transformations and has worked across Asia, the Middle East and Europe with major global financial institutions. Prior to joining Terra Firma in January 2018, Vivek spent 17 years with Standard Chartered Bank where he was Deputy Group CFO, and prior to that he was Group CFO – Wholesale Banking and Regional CFO – Middle East and South Asia. Prior to Standard Chartered Bank, he worked for HSBC and ANZ in a variety of roles spanning finance, strategy, and corporate and institutional banking. Vivek is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and was a Council member from 2013-2015 and a member of the Financial Services Faculty Board. He is a graduate of Mumbai University in India. Vivek is responsible for the overall financial management of the firm at a Group level and for its Portfolio companies, and oversees the firm’s IT, facilities, legal and HR teams. Vivek also supports the firm on the financial aspects of acquiring and selling businesses to ensure the delivery of maximum returns toinvestors.

Maggie qualified at KPMG whilst working on advertising clients. She left KPMG to join a privately owned agency called Clark & Taylor Plc as its Finance Director where she stayed for eight years until the agency was sold to AMV/BBDO. Following that, Maggie joined Chime as Finance Director of its advertising and marketing services division, AMS. She then moved to VCCP in 2006 as joint Finance Director when the company had 200 employees. In July 2012 Maggie became Group CFO and now oversees all things Financial, HR, Legal, Facilities and IT as well as overseeing the finances of VCCP’s International offices. Maggie is a Fellow of the IPA and is Honorary Treasurer of the IPA. She spends any spare time playing Candy Crush much to the disgust of her 6 year old daughter!
